About Me
I'm Caroline and I run Family Friendly Doula.
I am qualified as a Birth Doula and a Postnatal Doula and can be booked for both services together or separately.
I was trained by, and am a member of Nurturing Birth, a Doula UK recognised course and i am a current member of Doula UK.
Trained in all aspects of support for mothers during Birth and support to the family in the Postnatal period.
Nurturing Birth Breastfeeding Workshop (may 2009)
I can cover all areas of Bristol and North Somerset, Wiltshire, South Glos and over the bridge to Chepstow and even Newport for Postnatal work.
I live in Pill With My Fiance, and my 3 Boys aged 9, 3 and 8 months.
I have previously studied at degree level in Accounting and Finance at the University of the West of England.
I have been employed by the Avon and Somerset Constabulary since 2002. Previously I held a full time position but more recently have limited myself to a small amount of part time hours to be able to concentrate on my passion as a Doula. I hold a Full CRB certificate with the Police.
I am currently enroled with the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (EICH) undertaking a Professional practitioners course in relaxation and hypnosis and am also enroled on a BSY Neuro-Linguistic Programme course.
I hold public liability insurance for my role as a Doula
