Postnatal Services
Postnatal Support £10 ph (min 20 hours total booking/min 3 hours per session)INCLUDING WELCOME BABY GIFT PACK!
My postnatal support service is provided with the aim of enabling you and your baby and other family members to develop their own skills to enable you to become an effective and relaxed family unit. By providing support and encouragement at this time, enables valuable time to bond with your baby in a relaxed environment.
I work with the aim of giving you informative knowledge so that you are confident in your decisions and take control of the way you want your family to grow.
I am not judgmental and don't want to inflict my views on you, I just want to give you the time and space to relax with your new baby.
Think of me as an informative tool at this often challenging time. Use me to develop your knowledge. I am flexible in the amount of time and support you need or want so if you are unsure if your needs are suitable just get in touch and i will be happy to discuss these with you.
Services include
- Help with caring for your new baby. Bathing, feeding and changing your baby.
- suggestions on how to calm your baby if it is fretfully.
- Assisting you if you have a routine or parenting plan that you want to follow.
- sleep techniques.
- Unbiased support with your chosen method of feeding.
- Help with other children ie. school runs, feeding, playing.
- cooking, including foods to be frozen for a quick and easy supply.
- shopping and other errands.
- light household duties inc laundry, hovering, dog walking, cleaning (not to include windows or other heavy cleaning)
- Assisting mother with outings.

I am happy to travel for postnatal visits but please be aware that any distances travelled over 7 miles from my location will be charged at 30 pence per mile. If wishing me to travel excessive millage, my hourly rate may be applicable to compensate for time lost travelling.
Postnatal Night Time Support
You may have a specific need with night time help. Nights can often be a problem as baby may not always fall in to a pattern of night time sleep. What ever your needs are for me at night i will be able to offer you help and support, or give you the much needed sleep for you to be refreshed for the next day.
I can also look with you at possible remedies for the disrupted nights and will be happy to explore your ideas of pool information for you.
I can offer support and encouragement in building a good bed time routine with the aim off encouraging your baby into a relaxing evening and night of sleep.
Postnatal night will be charged at £12 per hour and can be offered between the hours of 7pm and 7am but will be tailored to your needs.
